Widespread rumors of Ukraine bioterrorism

Ukrainian organizations in Canada have today issued an urgent appeal to the Canadian public and government for assistance in combatting the serious explosion of severe acute respiratory illness that has struck Ukraine in the past week and now affects over 900,000 people, with some 40,000 people now hospitalized. This is not H1N1 2009 pandemic swine flu, also called California flu in Ukraine. People everywhere continue to refer to it as H1N1, but according to both WHO and the Ukraine government they are different diseases. The Ukraine government still reports only a handful of deaths from H1N1 California (“swine”) flu, with just one lab-confirmed death. Meanwhile both the government and WHO have been tracking the exponential increased of illnesses from severe acute respiratory illness, which have symptoms very different from H1N1 flu.
It is expected that within the next day or so WHO will release the gene sequence from tissue samples. Meanwhile speculation is rampant about what the ‘mystery disease’ actually is. Opinions range from a mutated, recombined, or man-made H1N1 to weaponized pneumonic plague or bird flu. At this stage there is no publicly available information on the cause. However, many observers say that it cannot possibly be H1N1 unless it is a different and much more virulent strain of it.
Background
On October 29 people in Kiev and cities in western Ukraine reported that light planes and helicopters had been spraying something to protect people against swine flu. Business owners were told in advance to keep doors and windows shut and to stay inside. There were many reports to local newspapers and radio stations, but local officials would not let them be published.
Within hours people were feeling ill, some reporting red rashes on their arms. Within two days a dozen people had died of severe acute respiratory illness (reported by WHO October 30 on their website), some with their lungs full of blood, fevers up to 39C-40C, and lung temperatures as high as 55C. This severe hemorrhagic pneumonia has similar symptoms to the 1918 Spanish flu, pneumonic plague, pulmonary anthrax, SARS and avian flu (H5N1).
Within a couple more days some 40 people had died, and today the death toll stands at around 100, with over half a million people infected. Most reports are calling it pneumonic plague, a bacterial infection that devastated Europe during the Middle Ages.

On September 29-30 INTERPOL held a bioterrorism ‘tabletop exercise’ in Warsaw, Poland (http://www.interpol.int/Public/BioTerrorism/tabletop/default.asp). Now there appears to be a real bioterrorism event in eastern Europe. Dubbed the “Ukrainian plague”, there are also reports today of almost a million infected, 50,000 hospitalized, and that it has spread into Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary. Are they trying to spread this thing globally? Despite internal martial law, quarantines, and travel bans, Ukraine has not closed its borders, and WHO says there is no need, as it would have no advantage in limiting the spread of the new outbreak, which WHO simply calls “severe acute respiratory illness”. However, Slovakia has closed its border with Ukraine, Russian has tightened its border, and Poland is apparently considering the same.
No solution is being proposed to combat the mystery disease that is killing so many people. The focus remains entirely on swine flu. Although prime minister Yulia Tymoshenko has said that only a dozen have died from H1N1 and only one case has been lab confirmed, the current outbreak is still officially blamed on swine flu, which Ukraine calls California flu.
WHO has had a team in Ukraine for several days and is reported to be in control of some key government positions. Most areas of the country are quarantined, travel is severely curtailed, public meetings are banned, schools are closed for 3 weeks, and mandatory mass vaccinations for swine flu appear imminent.
The government is now rounding up anyone who speaks out against swine flu disinformation, hype and alarmism or against mandatory vaccinations. Doctors in particular are not allowed to contradict the government’s line or to speak about the cause of deaths.

Meanwhile, election campaigning has come to a stop because of the ban on public meetings and there is speculation that the election may be postponed until May 30. President Viktor Yushchenko and prime minister Yulia Tymoshenko are running against each other.
Yushchenko was elected with a 52% majority during the famous “Orange Revolution” of 2004-2005 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orange_Revolution), after earlier 2004 election results were annulled.
Billionaire tycoon Tymoshenko, who is the only one to have held an election rally before the ban on public meetings, said not long ago: “Sometimes I really think that Ukraine needs dictatorship and rule of law. Only a dictator can maintain the rule of law in Ukraine.”
What is really happening?
It is now widely known that earlier this year Baxter intentionally distributed over 70 kg of live genetically engineered H5N1 (avian) flu to labs in 18 countries, which was discovered after tests killed ferrets in Czech Republic and homeless people in Poland.
On August 12 Israeli bioscientist and MOSSAD agent Joseph Moshe called the studio of Dr. A. True Ott after a radio talk program. He claimed that tainted H1N1 Swine flu vaccines were being produced by Baxter BioPharma Solutions and said that Baxter’s Ukrainian lab was in fact producing a bioweapon disguised as a vaccine. He claimed that the vaccine contained an adjuvant (additive) designed to weaken the immune system, and replicated RNA from the virus responsible for the 1918 pandemic Spanish flu, causing global sickness and mass death. Why is such a major event getting so little attention by mainstream media in North America? And why is WHO dragging its feet in releasing the gene sequences?

This is just too outrageous to have happened all on its own, but that is what we will hear from mainstream media.
We need to remind ourselves constantly that this whole disaster occurred within hours of a massive spraying campaign over western parts of the Ukraine. Shopkeepers were warned (by city officials, presumably) to stay indoors. Nowhere do we see that the rest of the city was warned. In two hours, residents were having serious skin and respiratory side-effects from the spraying.
Don’t we have to wonder what in heaven was sprayed on the population?
People, please wake up and smell the coffee. The very fact that within 7 days, over a half million people had been infected with whatever latest story they will tell us it is, has got to make any person with half a brain wonder. And what will be the effect of the “news” we will be fed by those whom we trust to tell us the truth? Of course, more fear, exactly what the “news” is expected to do. Do your own research. Do not wait for the TV newscaster to tell you the truth because he won’t. He absolutely will not.
If you combine the Ukraine disaster with the “fact” that the supplies of vaccine are not as forthcoming as the govenments had promised, what a perfect way to whip everybody up into a frenzy. Ohmygosh, what if there isn’t enough for me and my family!
If you think I am a conspiracy theorist, you could have been right a few weeks and months ago, but any thinking person has to see that the “conspiracy” has now become a huge Orwellian reality that is looming in our not- very-distant future. In fact, that future is already here.
If this info is “fact”, it MUST get to the public in every country, panic or not thr Gov’ts & WHO must be cornered & pushed to fix & stop whatever & whoever is creating this from becoming a Global Pandemic…
Something does not add up. How can there be over a million people infected with acute respiratory illness — you’d think people would be taking that pretty seriously — while at the same time some feminist group thinks surgical masks are better on their butts and boobs than on their faces (see photo post on this site)?
The only reasonable explanation I have is that people got this illness from direct exposure to something in the immediate environment, and not by it passing from person to person. This would explain why some are dead and others are so casual about it all. It would also explain why the increase of cases now seems to be slowing down.
It looks very much like this was a planted / targetted exposure and that it’s not an ongoing thing that is spreading. I have not seen any evidence of spreading. There are however reports today of something similar in Belarus, across the border from Kiev.
I think it will soon be over, but the political fallout from it is just beginning.

that the million-plus cases it calls H1N1 are frequently complicated with additional bacterial infections. I think we can safely interpret this as refering to all the acute respiratory cases that they are still just lumping in with the flu, because that is how everyone has always reported flu / pneumonia / flu-like illness — all in one category.
But one important note – they are saying “bacterial infections” (актеріальних інфекцій), not viral infections. Now, flu, SARS and the like are viral, while pneumonic plague and anthrax are bacterial. I think this helps a lot in identifying what people are NOT getting sick from – it cannot be H1N1 if it is bacterial, but it could be plague, as many people suggest.
Early reports said that it did not respond to anti-biotics, which would tend to indicate that they considered it bacterial (that’s what antibiotics are for) – but for some reason antibiotics did not work, further supporting the suggestion of weaponized plague.
Please keep in mind, however, that there may be translation problems distinguishing antibiotic from antiviral …
Cases today (Nov 11) are reported to be over 1,100,000 in Ukraine and about 250,000 in Belarus near Kiev.

does indeed suggest that it is weaponized pneumonic plague and says that the number of deaths was 1500, at a time when only around 40 were being officially reported.
All fingers in this matter seem to point to US-based Baxter and from there to Rockefeller’s health trust, with close connections to Silverstein and others involved in 9/11. Interesting how we are now at 2009/11 … and today it is 09/11/11
All it would take is the right international crisis – a second 9/11 – and the world may very well agree to their “new world order” at the upcoming Copenhagen summit. I wouldn’t put it past them.
A great way to boost your immune system is sodium bicarb, a tsp in water or juice, or if you are on the go, a travel version called picot, in walmart near the pepto bismol…it alkalinizes which doiesn’t allow for bacteria to grow, they need acid….
when the kids were sprayed at the start of the “flu epidemic” last spring, they same kids who were nauseated when barium chem trails flew over in the fall, were now again wanting to barf. It was not the flu either time. Watch the skies….

Interesting story, this one. It is hard to pin down as the information seems to be coming in bits and pieces.
I also understand from reports 2 things that could be relevant here…
-Poland is disagreeing with the official WHO line (see video on front page)
-apparently Ukraine has an un-usually low number uptake for vaccines in general with many people distrustful

Very interesting Globe and Mail link, April. Thanks for sending it. Sad to say, I don’t know much about the Ukraine as it currently is. Doesn’t sound too good, does it? But the Globe and Mail is a respected newspaper all across the country, if that means anything in the light of news media in general.
April, Since WHO has now declared that British lab analysis indicates that the mystery disease is still only H1N1, I think what’s going on in Ukraine has become somewhat clearer.
The mainstream media only picked this story up once WHO declared it to be H1N1 and they are now – predictably – using this purported outbreak as fuel to further hype up the whole swine flu panic-demic.
What is clear is that the mystery disease story was created to provide a basis for further escalation of swine flu propaganda. What is not clear is whether there was ever actually any outbreak of ‘pneumonic plague’, by whatever name it may be called. The whole thing looks very much like a tool to manipulate non-compliant countries into signing onto the swine flu bandwagon.
Remember that Ukraine had banned the vaccine for safety reasons. Note also that Poland refuses to buy it for the same reason, and now it is said that spraying (as was reputed to have happened in Ukraine) is also happening in Poland.
The Globe and Mail story accomplishes both further H1N1 hype and scores politic points in favor of the pro-western candidate (the one they are not mentioning).
It has become really complicated in Ukraine because free speech is usually part of election campaigning, but free speech has been hugely suppressed by an obviously intentional martial-law overreaction to the flu lie. Connecting the dots then, one might think that the flu crackdown on freedom has everything to do with free choice in upcoming elections.

On Wednesday morning I was up at 5 studying for an exam later that day, it was between 6-7 am and I was just putting a few things into the car to take with me. I opened the door and thought I heard planes or a helicopter overhead. It was not even breaking daylight yet and as I was busy I just shrugged it off. My son and husband also heard it and commented, with my son going outside to look (he is nine) but not really seeing anything.
I hurried on with my day and the next day too as I was sitting exams both days and with young children was up late into the night studying and then up very early in the morning to continue.
It was just last night that I was reading and catching up on the weeks events that I came across this site, I had not seen it before and the little paragraph down near the middle holds comments on the fact that OTHER people in Ireland heard planes overhead without lights this week too.
Now, I am really wondering WHAT is going on here. Here is the quote from the site:
“There has been frantic activity among concerned citizens in Ireland this week after planes were seen flying at night without lights all over the country. The fear is the spraying of this disease has been started here. The information has been sent to the press and it is hoped it will hit the mainstream tomorrow”

April, You may be right, or just a tad paranoic – who is to know? I have read many comments by people about such sprayings in western Ukraine, in Poland, Austria and even the UK. But there can be planes in the air for a gazillion reasons doing things that may not be suspicious at all if you knew what it was. While it is not impossible that your claim and the claims of others could be true, I have not yet seen any convincing arguments in their favor.
It is really not very conclusive to say that because you saw a suspicious plane (suspicious to you) and because you suspect numerous people of hidden agendas, that these planes must therefore be spraying bioweapons or whatever. Unless you could make a direct connection between their presence and something tangible that happened, this is just fear mongering.
I am not saying we should not be suspicious or that we should not talk about it, only that we need to keep things in perspective and apply common sense.
For instance, a week ago a plane passed over my place twice in the night. It was unusual both for its low altitude and for the kind of plane it was, as the only thing that we ever see here is either commercial jets (much higher up), pleasure craft (daytime only), firefighting planes (daytime and summer only), or helicopters (for skiing, mining, forestry and police). This large, low-flying, non-jet plane in the middle of a snowstorm at night was completely out of place.
The next day I came down with flu-like symptoms, but did not get full-on flu. The synchronicity was suspicious, but in the end I decided it was coincidence. I realized there were other possibilities — in this case that my tiredness, chills and headache were perhaps from high estrogen effecting my thyroid. After 24 hours with these symptoms I took a drop of organically bound iodine and within an hour or two I was fine. Apparently it was not the ‘suspicious’ plane.

there does appear to be quite a lot of talk about these planes and we have found out much more- they are apparently on training missions in preparation for Afganistan. Yet, many people are commenting that this is really a new development, and not seen before, at least not so very close to civilian populations.
I live near the border of Northern Ireland and am quite naturally curious as to what the UK are up to and people around here would tend to notice anything out of the ordinary as we are in a very quiet country setting.
I don’t actually believe that there is chemical spraying- I feel that this is a bit of a smoke screen to cover up bigger things and to keep us guessing on the ground.
The fact that there are drones or whatever they are called, overhead is just quite an interesting new development, and perhaps part of an overall escalation in the various wars these countries are involved in.
There does not appear to be anymore than the usual illness for this time of year, but it has appeared that way from day one. Just the normal amount of flu, colds and winter viruses.

The major problem with people are two things: (1) They’re lazy–meaning, they can’t think for themselves and (2) They’re not intellectually curious–they do not REALLY want to know the truth on any given subject.
I know this sounds harsh, but if you interview people in the street, you will find an ENORMOUS percentage of them don’t know much of what is REALLY happening around them.
Take the planes–on October 29 and 31 (two days after I had left after a wonderful trip to my favorite city–Kiev!), it was widely noted that planes were spraying something overhead. Where’s the media? They seem more concerned about whether or not Tiger Woods was having an affair than with how 1.3 million people become “inexplicably” ill those last few days in October, 2009.
There is a statistical principle people need to learn about. It’s called “Oscam’s Razor” and it is VERY simple to understand! The MOST LIKELY explanation for a particular outcome/effect is almost ALWAYS the correct one! If you run 100 kilometers per week for 20-30 weeks, you’re likely to run a fast marathon! Yes, those who run a LOT, run faster than those who run 1 kilometer, once or twice per week!
And so is it true that those who NEVER receive vaccinations are much healthier than those who do NOT receive these shots of various poisons. That’s the truth and no amount of “mumbo jumbo” will change this! Quick! Find me a “Super healthy” child!!!!! That would be one with NO digestive troubles, NO allergies, NO asthma, NO obesity and LITTLE symptoms of flu or the “common cold.”
