2010 Mar 10.
Columbia Valley detachment received a complaint of a green dodge Toyota truck that had a window smashed while parked at the rear of Radium Esso.
Mar 10
Columbia Valley detachment attended to a residence fire in the 8000 block of Dehart Rd. A trailer was burnt and destroyed. No one was in the home at the time. The fire is suspicious in nature. Columbia Valley Detachment was assisted in the investigation by Cranbrook Ident section and a Cranbrook RCMP officer fire investigator.
Mar 11, 0130 hrs
Columbia Valley detachment received a complaint of mischief when a rock was thrown through the window of Inside Edge Sports on 7th ave.
Mar 11, 0400 hrs
Columbia Valley detachment attended to a single vehicle accident on the 5000 block of Hwy 95. A 2001 Western Star logging truck was south bound on some curves when it lost control and left the road. Power lines were taken down. The 38 year old male driver from Parson was not injured.
Mar 13, 0630 hrs
Detachment members attended to assist Panorama security on a disturbance call involving an intoxicated male. A 28 year old male from Edmonton was arrested and lodged in cells. He was issued a violation ticket for drunk in public when released.
Mar 14, 0400 hrs
Detachment members attended to assist Panorama security in regards to a disturbance and assault complaint. On attendance the police dealt with a 22 year old male from Cranbrook. The victim of the assault did not request charges. The male was cautioned and released to friends.
2010 Mar 15, 0800 hrs
Columbia Valley detachment members attended to a complaint of break and enter at Konig meats on 7th ave. An undetermined amount of money was stolen. Investigation is continuing.
