Spring Health Foods is the Columbia Valley’s health food store! We carry a good selection of quality supplements, herbs and vitamins, along with whole and organic foods. We offer our customers fresh organic produce, both off-the-shelf and through an extremely popular weekly ‘produce bin’ program. We give 20% off retail on caselot orders!

Produce comes in Thursdays.

Directions: We’re on the East side of 7th Ave (the left as you’re heading into town). About two blocks past the traffic lights at Sobey’s. In beautiful Parkside Place, across from Family Foods.
