At the February 23, 2010 District of Invermere Council meeting, Council authorized the purchase of outdoor fitness equipment to be installed in Mount Nelson Athletic Park as part of the District of Invermere Active Transportation Network Plan (ATNP). [Read more]

Running Clinic to prepare participants for the annual Loop the Lake 10km in Invermere.
Sessions will focus on proper technique, endurance, speedwork, hill training and a mock race. Sessions will utilize trails, urban streets, official race routes and parks.
Clinic runs from June 15th to August 8th. Drop-in fee and punch pass available. [Read more]
